Background
Deacam Electrical is an electrical contractor primarily servicing commercial and industrial customers. The old system was all manual and relied heavily on Warren’s memory of time spent and parts used on each job. This constantly led to frustrating sessions of trying to make the numbers work each week.
In addition to this a steady stream of contractors working on various jobs added further complications to accurately collecting time spent and materials used.
Reduced paperwork and greater efficiencies
Before Rype was introduced to the business Warren was spending one day per week on admin. This has been mostly eliminated and the extra available time is now spent on business development, primarily developing relationships and cold calling.
“The first week of using Rype, I had been onsite the whole time and it was only taking me 10 minutes at the end of each day to do my billing, to multiple customers", remembers Warren, “It has changed my business, I just love it!”
