Whatever you call them, jobs or projects, you want to track performance & progress on them. Profitablility on jobs is critical for any time and materials based business.

• Jobs belong to a client (and may be attached to a specific site if necessary). A job will have a name, an address, a start date, and a status (such as pending, in progress, completed, etc).
• Rype supports both "fixed fee" and "do & charge" invoicing ensuring flexibility on a job by job basis.
• Sessions can then be created and attached to jobs so that you can easily generate an invoice for all of the work you did on a particular project. A time sheet report can be generated that contains all of the start/stop times for work sessions on a particular job, along with descriptions of the work performed during each session. This provides a degree of accountability and transparency in billing that clients will appreciate.
• Time sheets can be sent to clients independent of invoices or with them.
