Collecting the Cash

• Rype allows you to record full or partial payments against invoices. For each payment you can enter when the payment was made, how much was paid and method of payment (bank transfer, cash, credit etc.). Once the invoice has been paid in full, the system flags the invoice accordingly allowing you to easily see any outstanding invoices that require payment.
• You can also send receipts to your clients once the invoice has been paid.
• For our Australian clients you have the ability to capture payments live in the field, think mobile eftpos through you phone. Using a bluetooth connection to a swipe card reader and printer you can collect credit card payments in the field.
