Capturing the details

Sessions, visits, appointment, consultations or service jobs, whatever you call them they are what you do!

• A session is at the heart of Rype. It will belong to a specific client and usually to a specific job or project. It will have a date, a start time, a finish time and a task type which is used to calculate the appropriate charge for the work completed.
• Task types determine rates which can be configure for both individual clients and jobs.
• Parts (inventory) can be allocated against a session with the system recording stock usage and levels. Inventory alerts ensure you won't run out of parts on the job.
• Expenses can be recorded against a session which allows for capture of costs to be charged onto your clients.
• Finally travel costs can also be capturing either via cost by distance, time or predetermine zones.
• Rype ensures you capture everything necessary to convert time into money.
