Rype gives you the ability to quickly and easily create a future booking, schedule or appointment. You can view the schedule in daily, weekly and monthly layouts.

You can assign a booking directly to a member of your team, or save it as unassigned and Rype will email your selected team members asking them to confirm their availability. Bookings can easily be re-assigned from one team member to another.

Rype has some smarts built in when you create a booking. You can specify a "padding" value (the time between bookings), and Rype can automatically update your booking time based on your padding rules.

Rype's scheduler also allows you to set reminders for your team members, they will automatically receive an email reminder at the set time.

You can easily convert a booking into a session and complete the workflow all the way to invoicing and payment collection.
